Puppet Anni Ref

Name: Puppet Anni sometimes called Anni Doll

Height: 3' 6"

Species: Human Soul/Puppet Body

History: Only remembers the past year of her life, the rest is a blur, and she is searching for answers.

Personality: Normal: Kind, sweat and over all a good ‘person’ but has some unsettled psychotic tendencies. On top of that she is very smart although her speech is that of a child.
Dark Essence: Very Cold and uncaring, will kills someone when like this.

Other info: Tends to pause when speaking as though to think.
Her body is made of Atomore a very strong but light metal and it doesn’t melt
Easily, and the metal is painted the color of skin…
Her coat and hair are fire resistant.
Bolts can not melt or be unscrewed.
Sounds like a 5-6 year old girl.
A voice that she calls Voice talks to her (more info below)

Strengths: Can’t die but can be broken or tiered out.
Small and fast, somewhat strong.

Weaknesses: Has limited energy, intimidated by larger opponents.
If Voice is helping her she becomes tired much faster.
Electric charges will stun her for a few seconds mattering on the wattage, although this has no effect on Voice.

Abilities: Her weapon can be summoned on command.
Weapon details: enchanted with a spell that when stabbed not slashed into
someone it injects a poison that kills the opponent slowly, Anni can stop the
effect at will and at anytime.
She can jump 5o feet in the air.
She can run up to 100mph.
Magic: Has one spell, she screams “Choudai Sakini!” after so a large pulse of
energy pushes out from in from of her sending anything not bolted to the ground flying.

About 'Voice': Voice is a demonic entity that stays around Anni, it (most likely a guy) tries to talk Anni into killing, although she fines it fun she doesn't like doing it and normally ignores Voice.

For TBOS-OCT: she was chosen by the book but didn’t receive the gift.

Stuff she has in HoC but not in TBOS:
New Abilities: Dark Essence: Extra power is given to her by Voice: his increases her speed and strength, and makes her weapon three times longer (it also turns black) although her energy is depleted faster.

Well, well, well, initially, I thought the character was overpowered, but then it occurred to me that she tires quite easily, and then she pretty much becomes helpless. As long as you make sure her lack of endurance balances out her raw power, then she stands a good chance of making it into the tournament. If she does get in, she might just be our first Blitz-type competitor, i.e. good for quick, short bursts, but not so good for long, drawn-out battles.

she can fight for longer periods of time if only using her main weapon, the power house is really Voice, also a fun fact about the Puppet Bodies, Anni is a 14th generation puppet, his meaning she has a less expensive power source at the cost of the amount on energy it gives off, earlier models such as my other character Puppet Jack can battle for long periods of time without fatigue although Jack has his own weaknesses.
